Independent private service

Register Business Canada is an independent private business service. It is not the Government of Canada, an Alberta registry office, the Government of Ontario or any other government agency.

No corporation created by form submission

Submitting an online application does not itself create a corporation. A corporation is created only when the applicable filing is accepted by the responsible authority and a certificate is issued.

Service times

Any reference to two-business-day service is a target processing time for a complete standard file, not a guarantee of government or registry completion. Name availability, missing information, payment, identity verification, registry outages, legal complexity and government processing can affect timing.

Pricing and scope

Advertised prices apply to the standard services described on the applicable page. Work outside that scope — such as complex share structures, shareholder agreements, reorganizations, extra-provincial registrations, special name work or additional legal/tax advice — may require a separate quote and your approval.

CRA registrations

Where this site states that CRA program account setup is included, that means no additional service fee is charged by Register Business Canada for submitting the standard registration request as part of the incorporation service. Eligibility, account issuance and effective dates are determined by the Canada Revenue Agency.

Legal and accounting services

Any legal work is limited to the specifically agreed incorporation/document scope and is provided by a licensed lawyer where applicable. It does not constitute unlimited legal advice or a general retainer. The included accountant session is general startup accounting/tax orientation; additional professional work is separate unless expressly included.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information and for reviewing draft or completed documents promptly. Do not submit false identity, ownership or business information.
